AccessibilityStatement

Our commitment to making caerus.marketing usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website at caerus.marketing and describes our ongoing efforts to make it usable by people of all abilities.

1. Our Commitment

Caerus Marketing LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the experience for all of our visitors and applying relevant accessibility standards to this website.

Our target is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

2. Conformance Status

WCAG defines three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. Our target level is AA.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and correct these gaps over time.

3. Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

  • Semantic HTML: Pages are built with semantic structure — proper headings, lists, and landmark regions such as header, navigation, main content, and footer — so the organization of each page is programmatically determinable.
  • Keyboard navigation: Menus, buttons, links, form controls, and toggles are built with native, keyboard-operable HTML elements so the site can be used without a mouse.
  • Skip link: A “Skip to main content” link is available at the top of every page, letting keyboard users bypass repeated navigation and jump directly to page content.
  • ARIA labeling: We use ARIA attributes — such as labels, expanded/checked states, and roles — to describe menus, dialogs, and toggle controls to assistive technology.
  • Color contrast: Our color palette is designed with contrast in mind, and we review text and background color combinations against WCAG AA contrast requirements.
  • Reduced motion: This site honors your operating system's reduced-motion setting. A site-wide media query disables non-essential animation and smooth scrolling, and the auto-advancing carousel on our homepage does not automatically play for visitors who request reduced motion — it also includes a visible pause/play control and pauses automatically on hover or keyboard focus.
  • Accessible forms: Form fields use associated text labels, semantic input types, and clearly marked required fields.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the site do not yet fully meet Level AA. We've corrected low-contrast gold-colored text on our legal and accessibility pages so that links here meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text. We are continuing to review gold-accented text elsewhere on the site (for example, section labels on some marketing pages) against the same standard and will update it as that review is completed.
